To Every Color Purple

Purple is a funny color to me. I have always tried to love it—and my freshmen year at college proves that: I incoporated purple in almost every piece I made, purely for the reason of trying to appreciate and love the color. And I find it quite funny, that even when I knew how I would feel about the color purple at the end of my project, yet I dared. Every single time. And I find it really funny, how purple was your favorite color—and how I feel like I knew our the beginning and the end, yet I dared.

I always tried to love the color purple, and will always do. Even though summer left me so broken, I am grateful: because of summer came fall and winter. I got to experience different tastes of life. both bitter and sweet. both so hot and so cold, from butterflies in my stomach, to a dager in my heart.
